Picker's Peach
1 1/2 oz white rum1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz dark rum
1 oz orange juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp caster sugar
1/3 ripe, peeled peach
1 tsp Pecher Mignon peach liqueur
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.
